BBW Have you considered?

  • Mood: Concerned
BBW
Have you considered?

Soft BBW is what i am...
My weight has flucuated through the years... I have experienced being thin and curvy to looking like i am permanently 9 months pregnant! Honestly, i prefer to be abit husky to avoid the constant stares... Yes, i have seen traffic stop so the driver could get a better look at me...

Everyone, please realize the outer body weight looks can change, even with medical help...

For PCOS women, it's not our fault! We have a hormone disorder creating havoc through our whole body...
- PCOS - Polycystic Ovary Syndrome...

* Men get Syndrome X... Metabolic Syndrome, Insulin Resistance and Diabetes....

I struggled with diets through the years.... Late 80's tried Jenny Craig, i gained weight! Then tried Weight Watchers and only lost a few pounds... 1992 i lost 60 lbs and 6 full dress sizes on a high protein & complex carb diet i devised... "IT" was a combination of a body builder's and my own creation... From "IT" i knew i had an internal chemical like problem and needed help...
- My body could not tolerate flour or sugar....I wore every bit i ate!

2003 started my PCOS Journey...
My medical blog: http://PCOSLady.wordpress.com/category/PCOS/

Several blood tests showed i had PCOS, even looking at me one knew i had "IT"... After trying many things, my "Miracle" pill is Glucophage XR... The side effects are pluses for me too!

Have you considered?
1) A female's beauty fades as she ages.... Inner beauty will always be present hopefully til the day she passes on...
2) Her personality will always be with her...
3) Her attitude will always be in her...
4) Her intellect will never change, maybe be enhanced through time and may fade abit in older years....
5) Her hygiene will rarely ever change...
6) Her appearance rarely changes...
~ ~ ~ ~
Puzzled

Knowing the weight problems and all the things to consider that can change and those things that will never change i am still puzzled....

I'm puzzled on why men feel they have to have beauty queens to have fun and sex with?

Why is it you do?

Now, i know not all men are like this... I consider those few to be in the "True Men" category... The others who are so shallow are in the "Boys" category... In my book that is....

Me, i am thrilled to be with a true man for fun and "good" sex....

A genuine and real woman!!!!

Parasites - FYI for YOU!

  • Mood: Happy
www.ParasiteTesting.com

-  This lab tests for every living organism...
Quest Diagnostics only checks for 3 types... #1 lab in country...
-  Lab Corporation only checks for 1 type... #2 lab in country...

Key:  If condition being treated by a doctor does not change or disappear in 3 weeks, get tested for all parasites...

Doctors feel the US is to clean to have parasites...
Reality:
-  32% of the US people tested by the Parasite Testing lab had parasites...
-  20% of the Europe people tested by the same lab had parasites...

Truth:
Parasites mimic many medical conditions...
- arthritus...
- knee pain...
lower back pain...
-  IBS - is a catch all for doctors, when in fact its usually parasites...

My Crusade...

  • Mood: Cheery

"Welcome to my PCOS Blog"

I'm Christie, 49, married to a much younger man and we have four dogs as our kids...

My personal crusade is to inform and educate women, men and the medical professionals on PCOS... Why? Knowledge is POWER! The info will save your life or someone you may or may not know...

PCOS is an endoctrine disorder affecting your whole body as a hormone imbalance...The PCOS symptoms wreak HAVOC through your entire body... Symptoms can be mild to extreme, one to numerous symptoms... You can be thin to obese...

My PCOS Journey started by a lingerie shop owner stating "You look like me"... We talked about PCOS a while...I kept mentally checking off all the symptoms she mentioned... My symptoms are mild, 28 of the 48 i found... I saw my doctor the next week, had a battery of tests done, researched everything i could find on PCOS... My diagnosis was PCOS, Metabolic Syndrome, Insulin Resistance (IR), Perimenopause, Hypertension, Rosacea and Preborderline Diabetes... My "Miracle Pill" is Glucophlage XR... On it i get thinner than when i was in 6th grade!

My blog posts are of info you need and should know...I urge you to pass the PCOS & Syndrome X

Feel free to email me privately...

Knowledge is POWER!

Christie

Important info found in research as well...

Birth Control Pills lower all your hormones... If some are still high, you could have PCOS &/or LOCAH... (per a research facility mgr)

2/98 Cosmopolitan Magazine article on PCOS  by Dr. John Nestler, MD, professor of Endocrinology in Virginia...

Diagnosing problems - each woman may exhibit a different combination of
symptoms or no symptoms at all, etc....
- Experts now believe to be at the root of PCOS, is an inability to respond properly to insulin followed by;
.............- high Cholesterol
.............- obesity
.............- high blood pressure
.............- risk of Diabetes
.............- heart disease

*** If women have regular periods and normal levels of testosterone, they DO NOT have PCOS... Per Dr. Nestler...***

Research shows LOCAH can bring PCOS on... Further research shows women will
experience more or less symptoms of PCOS & LOCAH through their lives...

Notes from research:
PCOS is only in women at present... (research on men is going on)... But,
LOCAH effects women and men...

My advice to all women having any of these symptoms...
- Print this list out, check off your symptoms and show your doctor... NEVER
take "NO" for an answer... Most likely he or she does not know about PCOS &
LOCAH... Or have very little knowledge of both...
- Medical history, etc... plays a huge part in your diagnosis ...
- Push to see a Reproductive Endocrinologist familiar with PCOS & LOCAH...
       - Call Penn State University (PCOS research dept) for a referral...
................Phone #: 800.585.9585...
       - Call the Cedars Sinai PCOS Research Center for a referral...

* Realize... PCOS & LOCAH are rare diseases/disorders...They are listed with
the Rare Disease website...

Drugs List:  (* LOOK here for good and adverse info)

Ladies
This is a strong guide of tests you should have done at some point...
Your doctor may take less or more, your insurance may not cover some...
If your doctor requests more, ask WHY... If your insurance does not
cover them, ask WHY and have your doctor explain why the need in writing to them...

I hope this list further helps you in proper testing to give you a precise
view of where you stand with your body in having PCOS... You are
then able to know what needs done to make the wrongs right....
-  These tests sure showed me what's what ...

I wish you all well,
